CHL recently designed and manufactured a stainless steel machine that effectively cleans batteries in a fully enclosed wash station.
- The unit is designed to handle up to 15 batteries per wash cycle
- An individual burnishing brush is dedicated to each terminal
- Spray jets are utilized to aid in cleaning
- Each battery terminal is gently dried with an air knife system after they go through the wash cycle
