CHL Systems is a custom equipment supplier that provides project management, engineering, design, manufacturing and installation services for a variety of industries including food, pharma and heavy industry to name a few.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive the Corporate Safety Program through collaboration with Leadership and Team Members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for all Safety related items
    • Ensure Compliance with Federal and State Safety regulations pertaining to CHL Operations
    • Collaboratively identify and reduce risks within the working environment
    • Educate leadership and team members in understanding corporate safety regulations and standards
    • Manage all compliance records
    • Manage OSHA compliance and reporting
    • Manage and administer corporate safety policy, procedures and programs
    • Complete safety audits, inspections and investigations
    • Lead Safety Committee


  • BS/BA in safety field
    • 1-2 years manufacturing safety experience
    • OSHA 30 hour in General Industry
    • First Aid/CPR Certified
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Ability to confidently own a project and see it through to completion
