Precision Metal Forming:

CNC Machining:

Precision, multi-range machining services, from newly designed parts to replacement components for equipment repairs and upgrades.

Certified Welding:

  • Qualified on carbon steel, stainless steel and multiple special alloys
  • Heliarc (TIG), MIG, Spot and stick welding

Finishing & Coating:

  • Glassbeading, sandblasting and surface preparation
    • Dedicated 16' by 35' stainless steel glassbeading area
    • 20' by 60' sandblasting area
  • Wet paint applications - maintaining strict compliance to our customers' specifications
    • Three 20' x 60 heated paint booths with forced downdraft air make-up units
    • Materials: Epoxies, polyurethane, high solids, low VOC coatings, zinc coatings
    • Applications: Transportation equipment refinishing, heavy construction equipment refinishing, maintenance coatings, off-shore oil platform pump and equipment coatings, water and waste treatment equipment, and severe environment coatings
    • NACE certified inspection services

    • Electro-polishing - improves surface finish of stainless steel, adding crucial saline resistance, improves performance of materials in marine environments
    • Anodizing - hard coat and regular, abrasion resistant, rugged aluminum oxide coating over host metal, improves performance of materials in marine environments
